Final touches to the Blueberry Cheesecake of Pastry Playground

I'm quite unsure whether the dim bluish lighting made the goodies unappealing or not. However, regardless of any reason, this gave me an initial negative impression.

Admittedly, I appreciated the taste of the crust and the cheesecake itself, but what made it flunk was the blueberry topping. It was without doubt, not fresh than what it should have been causing the quality of the entire dessert to flop.

I know this one looks attractively colorful, but I was hardly impressed with them. Wait, I have a hilarious confession. From afar, I thought these were sushi, so I hurriedly pulled my sister towards this booth. Then, when I got a closer look, my heart broke. Now, the mutilation didn't end there. It was further shattered when I tasted the rainbow cake - it was too sweet and just plainly sweet, not to mention unhealthy because of the extreme food coloring.

Overall, Pastry Playground failed to impress me, but I'm still willing to give it a chance, since I just happened to taste a small portion. For now, I am not giving my recommendation to these two products.
