Black Sambo - this dessert is characterized by a thick yet smooth dark chocolate that will definitely satisfying chocoholics! You'll be able to taste and feel the richness of the chocolate, balance out my the milky layer on top. This will bring out the child in you! This is my personal favorite.
Mango Gela - This desset has this "maja-blanca" thick creaminess that wraps your buds as you take a spoonful. The mangoes then provide this tender sweetness that tickles the buds.
Coffee Crumble Float - this creation gives the best of both worlds of a graham dessert and a tiramisu. There's a wave of smoothness from the cream, and a light kick on the palate with the infused coffee. There is a perfect blend of milkiness, coffee-ness and chocolate goodness.
