Santa Cruz Bibingka Cheesecake - Christmas-ready!

We can already hear the bells ringing and Jose Mari Chan singing as Christmas approaches, and during the recently concluded Ultimate Taste Test 2017 (read more), Ted's Santa Cruz Bibingka Cheesecake made us feel like holidays already.

About Ted's 
Nested in the beautiful province of Laguna, Ted's is a humble family-run restaurant that offers delectable home-style meals. During the UTT, they showcased an incredible spectacle - a fusion of cheesecake and bibingka -- both of which are my favorites!

The flavor was stunningly awesome which featured a a velvety texture from its "cheesecake identity" followed by some texture from infusion of coconut shavings, a characteristic of a typical bibingka. The resulting flavor was immensely satisfy. This really makes a great dessert for the most celebrated holiday in the country -- Christmas!
