The interior was undoubtedly classy with a profound air of sophistication and a breeze of comfort. As you go around the place, you'll be sent in a light trance of nostalgia with designs, elements and displays giving you a flickering glimpse of the past.

For this Valentines' Day including the day before (i.e. February 13 and 14), Oakwood Premier will be officially launching Nostalgia, and to celebrate both the day of hearts and the "unveiling", Nostalgia will be offering a dinner special.

Now, for you to have an idea of what to expect from Nostalgia, let me share with you my personal encounter with the dishes here in Nostalgia.
Baby Back Ribs Pork Adobo || P595
Off the bone tender pork ribs simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and cracked peppercorn

Appetizer Samplers
For the appetizers, we were able to taste a sample of 3. Normally, these appetizers are offered separately, but for this food-tasting event, they cut down the portions and served them in a single plate.
Crispy Pork Belly and Mesclun Salad
The lechon had this juicy and tasty meat with the sauce being really intriguing. It had this minty creamy taste that paired well with the lechon.

The next one I tried was the salad. I was able to note how fresh it was because of the clean and refreshing taste. What made this appetizer special was the puff. Although it was not particularly delicate the way I would have enjoyed it the most, the inner filling was really excellent.

The Chef's terrine had this exciting subtle flavor in between. At first I thought it was just an ordinary dish but there was a spike of subtlety along the way.

There were also a lot of harmonizing subtlety of flavors coming from the sourness of the fruity sauce and light mocha touch of the core. Lovely!

Based on my palate-thrilling dining experience, I was able to witness the great potential of Nostalgia when it comes to bringing delight to the tummy. With this, I have high hopes for this restaurant as it officially launches up its wide array of meticulously picked dishes on February 13!
