Avalanche's Famous Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream in Cebu City
After having a heavily satisfying dinner experience in Larsian (read more) where we had amazing barbecue and kinilaw, we decided to top everything off with a wonderful dessert. Coincidentally, as we were walking our way to Larsian, we passed by this place where the queue is long. We decided to be nosey about it, so we checked it out by just taking a peek. When we learned that the place is actually a dessert place, we all agreed to come back after having dinner. Here in this blog post, I’m going to share with you how awesome the ice cream is here in Avalanche!
The interior of Avalanche is casual and friendly with seats that may accommodate about 18 people at a time. During peak hours, you may need to line up, but trust me, the awesomeness of the ice cream is worth the wait.
Now, starting off our sweet experience, we had this Honey Butter Milk (P95).
This Honey Butter Milk was sweet, buttery and creamy. All these three words are enough to describe how great this cup was!
This Signature Chocolate (P95) featured rich chocolate goodness that had a fantastic blend of sweetness. It was rightly creamy with the great concoction of bitterness and sweetness. Lovely!
This Matcha (P139) is part of the premium creams selection which was interesting, but the milky taste was more afloat that that of the matcha itself.
To top our amusing dessert experience here in Avalance, the staff are very friendly. They also serve the ice cream with big smiles on their faces, making you really eager to indulge on the desserts
This concludes my blog post on Avalanche. I really urge you to give this a try because my Cebuano friends at work also confirmed that this is indeed a new hot spot for a cool dessert.

The experience here in Avalanche was truly worthwhile, and I am giving it a two thumbs up for great service and ice cream. Right now, this is my favorite desserts place in Cebu!
