The Burgery - awesome burgers from South, now in Makati
From South to a bit more Center, The Burgery brings in the same char-grilled goodness from BF Homes Parañaque to Circuit Makati. Best of all, they currently have Zomato Gold, so that means you can pig out for less.
Note: Zomato Gold changes partners once in a while, hence it's best to check again in the app whether it still is listed as a partner restaurant.
My first experience trying out The Burgery was about 5 years ago, and I was able to try it in its birthplace in BF Homes. You can read more about that story here -- The Burgery - The Bad Boys of Burger in BF Homes.
I remembered I had so much fun munching on the burgers there, that when I saw The Burgery in Circuit, I immediately told my family about it, and suggested the restaurant.
The Burgery and Zomato Gold Perks
As of this writing, The Burgery has a partnership with Zomato for its Gold perks. This means, if you have a Zomato Gold membership, you are entitled to a complimentary dish. Interestingly (and very economically), the perks is cumulative. As an example, if you have 3 Zomato Gold users, you can avail 3 complimentary dishes, provided there are at least 6 diners in total.
The Burgery has a consistent ambiance with that of the branch in BF Homes. It's genuinely South with its laid-back and chill feels. The design has contemporary touches with warmth of wooden overalls.
Strengthening the concept of "comfort", you'll find most of the comfort food you are craving for, with highlight on the burgers of course.
For the night, most of us had burgers. Starting off with my personal order:
Jimmy Blue Eyes (P260) - Meaty with a tinge of saltiness from the generous blue cheese sauce. Excellent, aromatic and lived up to the expectations.
Fat Tony Double (P290) - Classic double-patty cheeseburger that featured the juicy, smoky and tender patty of The Burgery
The Executioner (P380) - A burger-lover's ultimate dream! This featured 3 layers of patties that oozed with aromatic juicy meaty flavor. This is sinfully good! Only order this if you are sharing or hungry-like-a-wolf.
Southern Pork BBQ (P390) - Sauce had this savory richness, although undermined by the lack of dreamy tenderness of the meat. Feel free to explore this dish.
Chicken Melt (P320) - Featured an airy yet crunchy fried chicken that was topped with melted cheese. It came with this delectable tomato pasta that captured both the Italian zest and the Pinoy element of having this subtly sweet meaty sauce. Super thumbs-up!
Everybody really had a great time with the dishes, and the experience surely etched itself in our foodie memory. We'll definitely be back to fix our burger cravings!

The Burgery impresses once again with its charred-to-perfection burgers. You can taste that in every bite, and you'll love how the buttery buns compliments the patties. Interior is conducive + chill, and the servers are all warm and friendly! Highly recommended! One of those that I'll definitely go back to here in Circuit Mall.
To date, this is the best burger place in my books.
