I've been in De La Salle University for almost four years and a half now, but I never heard of Chicken Chicken until my friend told me about it. This somewhat hole-in-a-wall place is located near the AKIC or CSB Hotel. Unfortunately, there are no highly prominent (visible) signs that will easily make the place identifiable, but this one is located right along the corner of Estrada Street and Arellano Avenue (the establishment right after the CSB Hotel)

I wasn't able to get a great photo of the place, so the earlier one is the best that I've got. Yes, the place looks uninviting and less than casual (and more like informal), but don't be deceived by how it looks. You will be surprised with what it can offer.

PS: I only had my smart phone with me, so the photos are not that amazing, but still I won't let this hinder me in sharing this place with you! 

Chicken Chicken with a great serving to satisfy your hunger!

The place Chicken Chicken is extremely known for something obvious. Will you try to guess first before I say it? Nah, we are just wasting precious time. It's no other than the chicken, but no, it's not the typical chicken we have in mind. This one is sliced into a rather presentable manner.

Chicken Chicken with the Special Savory and Sweet Sauce! 

Now check the dish out! That's definitely a hefty serving right there! And can you believe that this one just costed me P88? Affordable right? Oh, in case you want to order some extra rice, you can do so at only P12 per cup!

In addition, what makes the place more famous is its sweet and savory secret sauce that perfectly goes with the chicken. Although there were times that I felt the chicken was too salty, the sauce gave me a way to remedy it by balancing the saltiness with some sweetness.
