Boston Chocolate Cake of BREAD TALK

May 19, 2013 - While I was writing my mini-research for our TREDFOR oral examination tomorrow, my mom, sister and brother came home with a box. It housed a cake from Bread Talk named Boston Chocolate (P554). Since the cake looked very mouthwatering, they didn't wait long enough to grab a slice to enjoy. This is why the cake on the photo already had a slice gone. I needed to run fast for my camera in order to take a snapshot before everything else gets all consumed up.

Bitter-sweet chocolate cake that will sweeten up your day!

Okay, so I was able to get a slice after dinner, and it was so amazing! You know that I adore dark chocolate much, right? Well, the chocolate icing on top features the tantalizing aroma and flavor of a dark chocolate - bitter yet sweet. The cake itself is not excessively moist, just enough to make you savor each moment through an almost melt-in-your mouth sensation! What's interesting about this delectable dessert are the macaroons. They added another layer of flavors to the already pleasing sweet delight. I didn't know that Bread Talk offers such kind of a dessert. You should give it a try!
