TAS Roofdeck - Perfect Chill Place in BF Homes, Parañaque
BF Homes (Parañaque) started as purely residential, which is why you’ll get a laid back feel when you visit the area, and even if it slowly evolved into a semi-commercial zone (due to the establishment of various restaurants), it was still able to maintain the chill vibe, and just when you think it couldn't get any "more chill", there is still a great place along Aguirre that can. It's called TAS Roofdeck.
Chilling by the roofdeck
Since TAS Roofdeck is located on the third floor, you can expect more cool breeze to come your way. This is the primary ingredient and reason as to why it's a great place to chill. Also, the interior is well-planed with its wooden appeal allowing the place to have a sense of "home".
If in case you are not a big fan of al fresco experience, you may prefer to dine indoors with its air-conditioned dining area. The dim blue lights inside will just allow you to mellow down over drinks and/or food.
Homey yet still classy
Despite the simplicity of the place, there is a hint of class in the ambiance, which is why this is not your typical loud tambayan. Expect refined culture wafting through the air, and all of these are reflected in their beverage selection. Cocktails are served elegantly in wine bottles paired up with sexy glasses.
Fresh and authentic street pizzas
Another thing that captured my heart here in TAS Roofdeck is its collection of street pizzas. We had this Margherita (P95) first which was really oozing with freshness. The photo may not do much justice, although it really tasted better than how it appeared. The dough was clearly freshly baked with the sauce being gently sour and sweet. It may in fact be the best pizza I tried within this price range.
The next pizza we had was the All-Cheese, which didn't fair well with the earlier one. Still, the pizza though was highly commendable with its incredible quality!
Well-crafted street skewers
Chilling is further made more enticing with the street skewers available here in TAS Roofdeck. Take for example this Chicken Teriyaki (P145) which was served neatly. This tells us how they are trying to put innovation to typical pulutan. Meat was tender, and the sauce that comes with it just did the trick into making this noteworthy!
The same goes for this Chicken Inasal (P145) skewers, which featured the same tenderness and incredible dips. Be sure to try out the garlic sauce! Its tang further brings out the goodness of the skewers.
