Caution Hot - Amazing Chinese Noodle Shop in Teachers Village
After our second food stop in Stuff Over Burger Cafe, we didn't exactly know where to go next. Well, initially we wanted to try StrEAT, but we didn't take the chance, since we were thinking that it would be difficult to find a seat. Hence, I browsed only and learned about Caution Hot! There was some hesitations in me whether to give this a go, but eventually did so.
When we reached the place, we needed to wait for about 5-10 minutes. I didn't mind it, since it just signaled something positive about this restaurant.
Anyway, the interior of Caution Hot features a simple modern look that immediately sends out a vibe of "casualness". Seats were not as comfortable, but the room temperature was nice enough to make us all comfy enough.
Alright, now let us take a look at the food here in this cool restaurant.
Pork Dumplings || P75 - 5 pieces || P140 - 10 pieces
Mostly pork with shreds of cabbage
This pork dumplings was close to ordinary, but still good.
Kuchay-Pork Dumplings || P60 - 5 pieces || P110 - 10 pieces
Minced Chinese chives and pork
Same goes with this Kuchay pork dumplings -- there was nothing too special, but this does not mean that it was not good. In fact, I was able to enjoy this.
Seafood Noodles || P205
Shrimp, squid and fish || Broth - Asam Laksa || Noodles - Egg || Heat - 1st
This seafood laksa noodles was probably the best that I've tried so far (although I have to admit that I only got to try a few). There was an ample serving of seafood which made the soup really rich and powerfully balanced.
Pork Noodles || P175
Pork asado || Broth - Szechuan || Noodles - Egg || Heat - 2nd
This pork noodles featured a very tasty broth that was of high quality. There was also an amazing taste coming from the meat, and the blend of flavors was fantastic.
Beef Noodles || P185
Taiwanese beef slices || Broth - Classic || Noodles - Wheat|| Heat - None
This classic beef noodles was simple yet tasty. In fact, it had a distinctly flavorful broth that captures the beef essence.
There you go - third food stop down, and we were all ready for the finale -- the fourth (4th) and the last food stop. Check out the last installment - The Iscreamist.

Overall, I found Caution Hot highly noteworthy due to its great tasting noodles! To tell you honestly, I did not anticipate the noodles here in this restaurant to be this awesome, more so to be the best food stop that we had during our food crawl in Maginhawa. Great thrilling experience here in Caution Hot! A definite must-try!
