Hey there foodie friends! I'd like to share with you what transpired during the sneak peek of the dishes in Lucia Ristorante where I got invited to. This will be short but hopefully sweet.

Lucia Ristorante is an Italian restaurant housed inside Makati's premier boutique hotel called Hotel Celeste. It is located near the entrance of the San Lorenzo Village. I admit that it may not be that easy to spot it, so you may want to have your Google Maps or Waze on.

To tell you the truth, I didn't know that such boutique hotel exists in the heart of Makati (i.e. near the Greenbelt malls), much more the restaurant housed inside it. Thankfully, due to this invite, I now have an idea.

The chef behind Lucia Ristorante is Italian Chef Davide Lombardi who has found a home in the Philippines, where he continues to share his gastronomic heritage.

Also, just to make it clear, Lucia Ristorante is not under the management of Hotel Celeste, but instead under the management of The Cravings Group, via the partnership with the hotel of course. The food served buffet style during this sneak peek event are the following:

Among all of these, the dish that really made a great impression was the Norwegian Smoked Salmon. In fact, I had almost 10 of those. Lucia Ristorante also showcased some of its pasta dishes (though I'm not quite sure if these are available in the regular menu).

There's nothing much I can say about the dishes especially that I feel that these are just mere samples, but I have to admit that I got curious to try out the dishes found on the regular menu here in Lucia.

Lucia Ristorante in a Nutshell
Unfortunately, I can't say much about the restaurant because I only got to try limited dishes, and these are not usually found in the menu but rather in the mini buffet for their promo (I think). With this, I'm just releasing a Disclaimer of Opinion. It's an audit term, but I guess it's applicable in this case.
