When we speak of cakes, what immediately come into my mind are chocolate cakes and cheesecakes. This is because these two are my favorite types of cake! Also, I've tasted a lot of great cakes already, so I have better benchmarks for comparison.

Anyway, it was a good thing that I didn't have to deal with cupcakes alone in Foodgasm III! There were quite a few who offered cakes including this Blueberry Cheesecake by Eve's cakes and Sweets.

It was undeniable that cheesecake of Eve's Cakes and Sweets was visually enticing! Who wouldn't want to grab and taste something this tantalizing?

The Blueberry Cheesecake was good in terms of quality (i.e. texture and freshness of blueberry); however, I was able to notice the overwhelming taste of lemon. This caused the flavors to somehow go off-tangent. Nevertheless, I found it interesting and relatively "new"! Needless to say, I recommend this for you to try out! Who knows, maybe you like a touch of lemon in your cheesecake?
