Bucky's Counter: Buckies -- These are not brownies?!
Bucky's Counter has innovated a product called "bucky" (or "buckies" as its plural form), and in as much as it looks like a brownie, it's not! In fact, it's website is called buckysnotabrownie.com. Now, the question is, "Is bucky really different from a brownie?"
A creative nook to explore
Before we answer the question, let's first check out this crafty interior of Bucky's Counter, which you can find in the popular Aguirre street of BF Homes, Parañaque.
Due to its not-so-prominent location, being in the second floor, Bucky's Counter makes a good hideout to bask in your introversion. Plus, since there are limited number of seats, expect it to be a true haven for a temporary solitude.
With the presence of plants and wooden elements, the interior of Bucky's Counter produces a natural and comfortable feel, making it highly conducive to finish reading a book or complete the essay you are writing.
Now that we've briefly explored Bucky's Counter, let's try to answer the question, "Is a bucky really different from a brownie?"
The answer
In terms of appearance, a bucky is very much similar to a brownie except that it is often bigger in size. When it comes to texture, bucky is fuller (i.e. less airy) than a regular brownie, which is why it's more filling to have a bucky than a brownie. However, when it comes to taste, it is the same, and if ever there is a difference, it's almost negligible.
The verdict? Uhm, well, it does seem like a brownie for me, but I definitely don't have any problems calling it a bucky.

Anyway, one thing is for sure, I enjoyed the buckies we've sampled. Thanks to the promo, we even had a warm milk to perfectly complement the taste and texture of these buckies. Among the three, what we liked the most was the Chunky Blonde. The taste was more "bare" in a very sexy sense, and the warm milk just favored it most.

Bucky's counter is another sanctuary in BF Homes where you can just relax and take a break from all the hustle and bustle of things. It's also home of the "buckies" which you can playfully munch as you work on your crafts. Go for the milk, 'cuz it's their soulmate.
