Modern Shanghai's Xiao Long Bao in Mall of Asia
Xiao Long Bao has been an iconic dish that usually comes to mind when we hear the word dimsum. It's unique soup-like core never fails to bring delight to our taste buds. You'll even get a heartwarming sensation which each sip and eventual bite of this amazing dish!
Modern Shanghai's Xiao Long Bao (P228 for 6 pieces) is excellently cooked with how delicately soft the wrapper while maintaining the extra-soupy core. This also had a fatty essence blended into the meat, allowing more flavors to surge.
To satisfy our cravings for some Xiao Long Bao, we initially thought of exploring Din Tai Fung, which is arguably the home of the "best" Xiao Long Bao; however, we ended up being in the Mall of Asia area. Determined still, we decided to search for some alternative. This is how we eventually encountered Modern Shanghai.

Overall, we were all impressed with Modern Shanghai's Xiao Long Bao, and although we haven't tried other dishes, we are positive that the dining experience will be equally awesome. Staff are also friendly, and the interior has cozy classiness that is very conducive for dining.
