A Taste of Home with Purefoods Blue Line

Back when I was a lot younger, my mom used to enroll me to various art classes covering the basics of arts up to painting, and now that I'm grown up I always have with me this deep longing to paint; hence, when I got the chance to do so, all the good memories and nostalgic feeling gushed towards me. This was then made even more pronounced when I got to taste Purefoods Blue Line particularly the Corned Beef.

Purefoods just recently reintroduced its Blue Line Portfolio led by its corned beef. Now, although it is something "new", it's also something classic that brings in all the nostalgic feels. In my case, I practically grew up with Purefoods. It's a classic breakfast served at home and always prepared with love by my dear mother.

Now, as we began the painting session, all I can remember is the love of my mom. She was the one who eagerly enrolled me to art classes. She wanted me to grow and develop my skills, and I am forever thankful for that. Mix this with the memories of her cooking, and I was totally lost in nostalgia.

Cooking can be loosely considered an art, since it's an activity that involves creativity. Hence, you can unleash all your creative juices to innovate dishes using the Purefoods Blue Line. The dishes above are examples of such, and these are great appetizers for a party (e.g. party of your kids, house warming, family reunion and etc.)

Now, going back to the painting session, each stroke that I made was completely relaxing. It was as if energies were flowing through the brush. There was a feeling of longing for home as I paint the subject, and it was something that made me "miss" something.

All of these stories finally melted into a final "masterpiece". It was completely satisfying.

Also, during the event, Heart Evangelista joined in the fun by sharing tips on art and finding your passion in art. She also exhibited her artistic mastery showing how she was really thrilled over art.

Heart also shared with us how Purefoods Corned Beef became her comfort buddy during her though times. It was the taste of home that made her feel better, that is why she was very happy to be part of Purefoods Blue Line family.
