Will the ULTERA work in your home if you are in a condo?
This is one of the questions I raised, and they provided me an explanation regarding the matter. Before you can have your PLDT Ultera, a crew will first check the availability of LTE in your area and particularly in the place you reside (i.e. home or condo). If the signal is viable, you'll proceed with the rest of the application.
