Brothers Burger has been a long favorite since my dad went home with a burger from the store back in 2007. That time when I took a bite of their burger, I felt so euphoric. It was as if I found something that I kept on looking for but repeatedly failed.
Intense, right?
Luckily, as if brought by fate, my mom stumbled upon a promo in Metrodeal and immediately bought 4 vouchers (P120 for a P200-worth Grilled Chicken Sandwich).

Just a few hours ago, we were able to redeem the vouchers in the nearest branch which is the one in Lucky Chinatown Mall. In case you are planning to visit this branch, it is located on the 5th floor near the cinema. Well, you may have a difficulty finding it (since we did), but this is the store closest to the parking entrance/exit).
Anyway, I took a snapshot of the paper bag containing the sandwiches (photo above)! Upon arriving at home, I immediately unwrapped one and placed it nicely on a plate. Afterwards, I took a couple of shots.

When I got the chance to taste it, I felt a surge of nostalgia bringing back good old memories! Of course it was nothing like what I used to have, since this is a grilled chicken sandwich, but the same goodness was there! I love how the chicken was grilled into perfection, and how the peppers reinforce the taste. But there's something that made this sandwich even more delightful - the sauce! I'm not quite sure about it, but I'm guessing that it was an infusion of sour cream and some herbs and spices. All in all, the combined flavor was superb and fascinating!
