First Attempt to Make Some Tomato Nacho Dip

Bored and hungry, I decided to experiment in the kitchen to make something that will pair up with our Doritos Nachos. Even though it was intensely hot this afternoon, I still decided to push through with my mini kitchen exploration!

And after about 20 minutes, I ended up with this. Ta da!

Here are the things I tossed in the pan to come up with this:
  • Half Onion (Minced)
  • 3 Gloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1/3 Cup of Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tables Spoon of Nestle Cream to make it thicker and creamier
As for the preparation and cooking, it was all basic. I just tossed all the things above in sequential order, and poof, it became a dip!

Note: This is really my first time to try out something like this in the kitchen, so everything I listed above was just estimated. #harhar

The Nachoral Dip!
Alright! My younger brother and my cousin were able to try the dip, and they both gave me a sign of approval. So, I guess I have the potential. #winkwink

It felt nice coming up with nothing like a fiasco, but something delightful. Kitchen Level 1 - Successfully Completed!

In case there are some ingredients that you think shouldn't be there. Just comment so that I can learn more on how to prepare a nacho dip.
